Не могу сказать «Спасибо» как это делают другие. С заказом доставки цветов в Москве проблем небыло. А вот непосредственно с доставкой было полное безобразие. Доставку запланированную с 9 до 10 часов утра почему-то отложил на 5-6 часов позже. Об этом я узнала от менеджера спустя час после того как цветы должны были уже доставить. Наверное у менеджера в этот день было очень много работы и он устал, так как позволял себе разговаривать со мой нагло, грубо, я давно не сталкивалась с таким общением. Он, даже не обратив внимания что заказ был оплачен на кануне днём, стал мне рассказывать что я сама виновата ночью заказала цветы и хочу чтобы рано утром их доставили. Мне пришлось ещё несколько раз связываться с этим менеджером чтобы узнать на каком этапе мой заказ. Когда после двух часов дня я уже хотела отказаться от заказа пришло сообщение что цветы доставлены. Заказ был выполнен но настроение абсолютно испорчено. Я выбирала эту фирму по рейтингу и отзывам, так как очень нужна международная доставка. Наверное 13 мая во то время когда заканчивается второй месяц самоизоляции очень тяжело организовать хорошую работу. Не хочется по первому неудачному опыту делать выводы. Попробую при случае сделать заказ но уже не по Москве а международный может получится более удачно. Букет был хороший но радость к сожалению не доставил.
